Account & access
Most OCXLY content is freely available without an account. If a specific sub-division product requires registration (e.g., OcxlyDev tools, OIAS courses), you'll see a "Create account" link on that platform. We use email verification — check your inbox after signing up.
If you can't find a signup link for the service you need, email [email protected] and we'll point you in the right direction.
On the sign-in page of any OCXLY platform, click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link by email. Links expire after 30 minutes for security. If you don't receive the email within five minutes, check your spam folder.
Still stuck? WhatsApp us at +1 (646) 238 5077 with the email address on your account and we can manually trigger a reset.
Sign in, go to Settings → Account, and update your email. We send a verification link to the new address — click it within 24 hours to complete the change. Your old email continues to work until you confirm.
If you've lost access to both the old and new email, email us from any contactable address with your account details and we'll verify your identity manually.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address on your account. We confirm within 24 hours and complete deletion within seven days.
Deletion is permanent — your personal data, content, and account history are removed. A small amount of metadata (e.g., legal compliance records) may be retained for the period required by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy & data
Every visitor has the right to know what data we hold, correct it, delete it, or download it. The tools below let you act on most rights without contacting us — for the rest, email is the fastest path.
By default — almost nothing. We don't require accounts to browse our sites. The only data collected is what your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and, if you consent, anonymised analytics via Google Analytics.
If you submit a contact form or create an account, we keep only the data you provide. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Access Request". We'll send you a machine-readable export (JSON or CSV) of everything we hold within 30 days. GDPR/CCPA-grade portability with no questions asked.
No. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for advertising. We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal and treat it as a binding opt-out per CCPA. Our full stance is in the Privacy Policy, Section 6.
Click Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to open the preferences modal at any time. Granular toggles let you accept or reject Analytics, Functional, and Marketing cookies independently. Essential cookies are always on (they're required for the site to function).
Technical issues
Try these steps in order:
1. Hard refresh the page (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear browser cache.
2. Check if your browser is up to date. We support the latest two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
3. Disable browser extensions that might block scripts (ad blockers, privacy tools).
4. Try a different browser or device to isolate the issue.

The latest two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and their mobile equivalents. Older browsers may still work but won't receive bug fixes for compatibility issues.
Our sites use modern web standards (WebGL for the background, CSS Grid, ES6+ JavaScript). If your browser doesn't support these, we degrade gracefully — but the experience will be plainer.

• What you were trying to do
• What actually happened
• The page URL and a screenshot or screen recording
• Your browser, OS, and device
• Any error messages from the browser console (open with F12, check the "Console" tab)
We acknowledge bugs within 24 hours and follow up with a fix timeline. Critical issues are addressed within hours, not days.
The galaxy background is a WebGL particle system that reacts to scrolling and mouse movement. It's part of the OCXLY visual identity.
If you find it distracting or have motion sensitivities, click the "Calm" button in the site header. Calm mode disables all animations site-wide, including the galaxy. We also automatically respect your operating system's prefers-reduced-motion setting.
Accessibility
OCXLY aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any of our sites, we want to hear about it — email [email protected] with details and we'll address it promptly.
Calm Mode is a toggle in the site header (the ∞ icon) that disables all motion site-wide. The galaxy stops, the marquee freezes, transitions shorten, and pulsing dots dim. Your preference persists across visits via localStorage.
If your operating system requests reduced motion (Windows: Settings → Accessibility → Visual effects; macOS: System Settings → Accessibility → Display → Reduce motion; iOS: Settings → Accessibility → Motion), calm mode auto-enables on first visit. We respect that signal — you set it for a reason.
Yes. Our sites use semantic HTML5 landmarks, ARIA labels, and skip-to-content links. The WebGL background is marked aria-hidden="true" so screen readers ignore it. Interactive elements have proper focus states and keyboard support.
We test with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. If you find a barrier, we treat it as a bug — please report it.
Yes. Press Tab to move forward through interactive elements, Shift+Tab to move back, Enter or Space to activate. The first Tab from the top of any page reveals a "Skip to content" link that bypasses the header.
The cookie consent modal and mobile drawer trap focus while open and return it to the trigger when closed.
Report a security issue
We take security seriously. If you've discovered a vulnerability or suspect your account has been compromised, please contact us right away.
Responsible disclosure
If you're a security researcher who has found a vulnerability in our infrastructure or applications, email [email protected] with the subject "Security Vulnerability Report" and include:
- A clear description of the vulnerability.
- Steps to reproduce it.
- The affected URL or endpoint.
- Your assessment of the impact.
- Any suggested mitigation.
We acknowledge security reports within 24 hours and aim to resolve high-severity issues within seven days. We don't currently run a paid bug bounty programme, but we publicly credit researchers (with their permission) and may offer discretionary acknowledgements.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission:
- Change your password immediately.
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Account Compromise".

We will help you secure your account, review recent activity, and revoke any suspicious sessions.
