Our standards for ensuring the safe, ethical, and secure utilization of the OCXLY ecosystem and intelligent infrastructure.

§ 01

Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the boundaries for interacting with OCXLY's platforms, services, and digital assets. Whether you are interacting with our AI Labs, utilizing Neuro Labs diagnostic frameworks, or deploying via OcxlyDev, adherence to these guidelines is mandatory for all users, partners, and contractors.

§ 02

Prohibited Conduct

To maintain the integrity of our innovation hub, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal Acts: Using our systems to facilitate, perform, or promote illegal activities under any applicable jurisdiction.
  • Harassment & Hate: Generating or distributing content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence based on protected characteristics.
  • Infringement: Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of OCXLY's proprietary neural architectures or brand assets.
  • System Abuse: Attempting to bypass security protocols, performing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or distributing malware.
§ 03

Security & Infrastructure

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their access credentials. Prohibited infrastructure-related actions include:

  • Unauthorized scanning, probing, or testing of OCXLY vulnerabilities.
  • Reverse-engineering any component of our AI models or neuro-diagnostic systems.
  • Excessive utilization of resources that degrades the performance for other ecosystem participants.
§ 04

AI & Automated Systems

As a leader in Intelligent Systems, OCXLY mandates specific rules for AI interactions:

  • Prompt Injection: Attempting to manipulate AI behavior through malicious prompt engineering.
  • Misleading Attribution: Representing AI-generated output as purely human-authored in contexts where transparency is required.
  • Deepfakes: Utilizing OCXLY synthesis tools to create non-consensual sexual content or deceptive political misinformation.
§ 05

Monitoring & Enforcement

OCXLY reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this policy. Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access to all OCXLY divisions.
  • Removal of offending content or data from our infrastructure.
  • Legal action or reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement bodies.

Reporting Violations

If you identify a violation of this policy or a potential security risk within our infrastructure, please report it immediately to our security and compliance team.
