Accessibility Statement

OCXLY is engineered for diverse minds. We believe technology should respect the human mind and be accessible to everyone, regardless of cognitive or physical variation.

§ 01

Commitment to Inclusivity

At Object Core eXperience LaboratorY (OCXLY), accessibility is not a compliance checklist; it is an architectural foundation. Our mission to build neuro-inclusive software means we prioritize clarity, predictability, and sensory control across all our digital properties.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our website is usable by the widest possible audience, including individuals with disabilities and those who are neurodivergent.

§ 02

Neuro-Inclusive Features

Calm Mode

We recognize that high-motion environments can be overwhelming for individuals with sensory processing differences or cognitive variations. Our signature "Calm Mode" (the infinity symbol in the header) allows users to instantly silence animations, hide the WebGL galaxy, and freeze scrolling marquees.

Reduced Motion Support

OCXLY automatically detects and respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting from your operating system. If you have motion reduction enabled on your device, our site will load in a static state by default.

§ 03

Technical Standards

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Key technical measures include:

  • Semantic HTML: Proper landmark roles and heading hierarchies for screen reader navigation.
  • Focus Management: Visible focus rings and logical tab order for keyboard-only users.
  • Color Contrast: High-contrast ratios to ensure readability for users with low vision.
  • ARIA Labels: Contextual labels for interactive elements and purely decorative assets marked for exclusion.
