Physical units only mean something with a resolution, so set the DPI. The tool converts with pixels = size ÷ 25.4 × DPI for millimetres (÷ 2.54 for centimetres). Use 96 DPI for screens and 300 for print — e.g. 210 mm at 300 DPI is 2480 px, the width of A4.
