  • Software Licenses & Subscriptions: Generally, software licenses and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated or after a specified trial period, if any. Cancellations for recurring subscriptions must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that cycle.
  • Consulting & Professional Services: Refunds for consulting or professional services are typically not provided once work has commenced. Cancellations may be accepted for future scheduled work, subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of work already performed or resources allocated.
  • Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Templates): Due to the nature of digital products, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
  • Physical Products: Refunds for physical products may be issued if the product is returned in its original condition within a specified return window (e.g., 14 or 30 days) from the date of purchase, subject to inspection and restocking fees. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable.
  • Events & Workshops: Cancellation policies for events and workshops will be specified at the time of registration. Generally, full refunds may be available for cancellations made well in advance, with partial or no refunds for cancellations closer to the event date.
