Scraping & AI Opt-out

Global Standard

Protecting the integrity of our innovation hub from unauthorized data harvesting and providing clear directives for Large Language Model (LLM) providers.

§ 01

Data Sovereignty Stance

At OCXLY, we view information not just as data, but as the intellectual substrate of our research labs. We believe creators and organizations should have granular control over how their digital footprint is utilized in the advancement of Artificial Intelligence.

§ 02

Technical Directives

We employ multi-layered technical measures to communicate our scraping preferences to automated systems:

  • Robots.txt Adherence: We explicitly signal our refusal to allow crawlers associated with AI training (e.g., GPTBot, CCBot) to index sensitive directories.
  • AI.txt Protocol: We support emerging standards like ai.txt to provide machine-readable declarations of our data usage permissions.
  • Dynamic Throttling: Our infrastructure utilizes OcxlyDev-hardened edge security to detect and block high-frequency harvesting patterns.
§ 03

Data Principal Opt-out

If you are a user of OCXLY AI Labs or Neuro Labs, you have the right to prevent your interactions from being used to refine our internal models:

  • Interaction Isolation: You can enable "Private Lab Mode" in your account settings to ensure telemetry is used only for session persistence, not model training.
  • Manual Request: You may request the removal of your historical interaction data from our training sets by contacting our compliance lead.
§ 04

Intellectual Property

The code architectures, research papers, and immersive media hosted within the OCXLY ecosystem are proprietary. Unauthorized scraping for the purpose of creating derivative AI models is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and will be enforced through legal and technical channels.

§ 05
